Flexible and Accurate High-Volume Cutting
SHIMASEIKI's P-CAM series multi-ply NC cutting machines (computerized cutting machine), with an already established reputation for their high efficiency, productivity and quality, have been renovated across its entire line. Faster and smoother head movement improves productivity. A low-vibration, low-noise head is adopted to improve the work environment. New functions such as a one-touch drill attachment, a more compact Y-beam controller, and a switch for moving the conveyor and cutting the vinyl sheet, enhance operability. Moreover, the optional turbo fan suppresses fluctuation in air pressure for stable multi-ply cutting. Cutting thickness of 1 inch (33mm), 2 inches (55mm) or 3 inches (75mm) can be selected. Especially for 3 inches, increasing Y-beam clearance enables loading of thicker material before suction. A new knife sharpening system produces a sharper, stronger blade every time. Stronger, more robust component parts permit quicker response times for knife movement and more accurate cutting for thick fabric such as denim. For cutting area of P-CAM181/182/221/222, in addition to S and L types, LL type is supported for wider range. P-SCAN V Input Device
When scanning patterns, digitizing is always performed along the center of the outline so tracing can remain consistent between repeated scans or among different operators. In addition, the scanned image remains on the monitor for quick confirmation of the digitized line during operation.
Vertical Cutting Plotter
The vertical cutting plotter can draw and cut patterns at actual size, in seven colors. Furthermore, it can be used for gauge output, drawing scaled-down patterns and performing scaled-down marker output on A4 and A3 size paper.

Labeling Machine P-LAB16/18/20
P-LAB16, P-LAB18 and P-LAB20 automatically print essential information such as part no. and size onto labels and affix them automatically on to the fabric.
