On 5th July 2019, SHIMA SEIKI MFG., LTD. filed an administrative complaint with the Wuxi Intellectual Property Administration against JiangYin ZhongYuan Machinery Manufacturing Co. LTD for its infringement of our China patent rights concerning needle selection mechanism for flat knitting machinery.

SHIMA SEIKI places great importance on the protection of intellectual property rights in general, and operates its business by asserting its own while respecting others' intellectual property rights. SHIMA SEIKI therefore takes appropriate measures including legal action against plagiarist companies who infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
