It has come to our attention that the following symptom occurs when performing Windows Update distributed by Microsoft.

Win11: KB5015814 / KB5014697

Relevant Products:
SDS-ONE APEX series design system
APEXFiz design software

Symptom:
After upgrading the above products to Ver. V-02 and performing Windows Update, the 3D function of the PGM software cannot be launched.

Customers who are affected by this issue are requested to take the following measures.
- Please refrain from upgrading to Ver. V-02.
- If you have already upgraded to Ver. V-02 and are experiencing the above symptom, please downgrade to Ver. V-01A.
- If you have performed the above Windows Update already, please uninstall it.
