We have had an issue where videos from our web service cannot be played on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. In the latest version of Google Chrome, however, it is now playable.

[How to get the latest version of Google Chrome]
1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Click the Google Chome settings button on the right end [ ⁝ ] of the tool bar.
3. Click [Help] and select [About Google Chrome].
4. Chrome will automatically be updated if it is not the latest version.
